What should I wear and bring with me?
You will need trainers or well cushioned walking shoes, boots are not recommended as they can restrict ankle movement. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the time of year to keep you warm and dry outdoors, layers are a good idea. Stretchy trouser, shorts or leggings are suitable but not skirts as they can impede the pole movement. Bring a small rucksack with you to carry water and any personal belongings. On sunny days remember a hat and to use sunscreen.
